| First, we outline key requirement definitions, a development schedule, a budget and general logistics. This information is compiled and implemented into a comprehensive proposal. The proposal outlines our understanding of your needs, business impact analysis, proposed scope and approach, fees for services and terms and conditions for services. |

| The return of the proposal initiates the start of the project. |

| Develop |
| The development is the most intensive phase of the project. We'll begin by constructing a cooperative work environment between our team and yours. |

| Our work begins as we initiate the scope and approach set forth in the signed proposal/contract. This encompasses content creation, media procurement, storyboard layout, application development, database design, hosting setup, graphic design, multimedia production and aesthetic initiatives. |

| We will periodically update you on our progress. |

| Deploy |
| Before deploying we perform platform & browser compatibility tests, general proofreading, functionality testing and general usability testing. |

| Once your project is complete we begin the deployment process. In this phase we launch the completed website, deliver multimedia content, finalize network services, finalize architecture installation, complete cross systems testing & deliver all tangible print work.Any changes to be made can be accepted in this stage. |

| We then complete a detailed process review with a designated employee from your company outlining all completed services, project consistency & customer satisfaction review. |

| Marketing |
| We'll assist you in finding your new customers & enhance your identity through creative, traditional & digital marketing techniques via search engine submission/optimization, CD presentations & E-mail marketing campaigns. |
